Silver Components

Our Bright Silver Plating are popular for being best in quality and according to customers’ wide requirements. As Silver has the highest thermal conductivity and the lowest electrical resistivity of any metal at normal temperature its conductivity makes it ideal for electrical contacts in Relays, Switches, Terminals and Busbars. Silver is also applied to high frequency components and wave guides to give a high surface conductivity, where most of the current flows and it gives a greater efficiency to those components.

We do electrolytic Bright on non ferrous materials like CU, Brass and Aluminium. Accurate coating thickness is being achieved consistently as we have ampere hour meter in the process line and in-house laboratory for bath analysis. We offer silver flash & plating depending upon the requirement, which is available from 0.1~25 microns thickness. We have a SIDET Instrument to check the Coating Thickness. Matt and semi bright silver coatings are most preferred where high conductivity is important as both has the same electrical properties as the pure metals.

The bright silver is not recommended for technical applications.

Tin Plating

Tin has a low melting point 232 ° C the electrical & electronic components to be soldered are being tin plated against atmospheric corrosion and to aid soldering. Tin is attacked by strong mineral acids & hot solutions of caustic soda & potash. Our company provides Bright Tin Plating / Matt Alkaline Tin Plating depending upon the customer’s requirements for a thickness of 3~12 Microns. We offer two types of Tin Plating by Electrolytic Process

Electroless Nickel

Our Electroless Nickel is a nickel- phosphorous alloy which is applied to metallic surfaces to provide coating. It has uniform thickness and excellent chemical and physical properties. The process depends upon an auto catalytic effect where by the nickel ions in solution are reduced to the metal only on the surfaces on which the coating is required.

For application where major requirements are chemical resistance, hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion, electro less nickel provides an effective alternative to hard chromium particularly on complex shape. Electroless nickel provided hardness of 400 to 500 HV200 as plated and up to 1100 HV200 after heat treatment (400 °C for one hour).

Acid Zinc Plating

Our Acid Zinc Plating are recognized for offering excellent result to customers during usage. Zinc Metal is electro negative to iron and gives excellent corrosion resistance particularly in industrial environment. Zinc is almost always deposited in the fully bright condition where attractive and corrosion resistant finish is required which can be subsequently passivated by Trivalent or Hexavalent chrome in different colors. Sealant can be applied over the passivation to improve salt spray resistance.Coating thickness various from 3~20 Microns. Hydrogen de-embrittlement facility is available for hardened components.
